National Quality Leader

Thunder Bay is recognized as a National Quality Leader for our diabetes health program. TBCHS was the only health center in the state of Michigan to receive this award. Our program was in the top 1-2% of all health centers across the nation.

TBCHS has also been recognized as a National Quality Leader, Health Center Quality Leader, Clinical Quality Improver, Access Enhancer, Health Disparities Reducer, Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality and as a Patient Centered Medical Home. This recognition was given to Thunder Bay for our quality healthcare program which recognizes the highest performing health centers across the nation as well as those who have made significant improvement in their programs from previous years.
