Thunder Bay Community Health Service, Inc. Recognized As Health Center Quality Leader!
Thunder Bay Community Health Service, Inc. (TBCHS) has received a Quality Healthcare Award and national recognition as a Health Center Quality Leader! The award from the Health Resources and Services Administration recognizes the highest performing health centers nationwide as well as those that have made significant quality improvement gains from the previous year. TBCHS is one of only 12 centers in the state of Michigan to receive this award.

TBCHS was established in 1982, serving over 15,000 patients each year. We have primary care clinics in Hillman, Atlanta, Onaway, and Rogers City and two school-based health centers in the Cheboygan and Onaway Area Schools.
