Our Community

Serving the communities in the Tip of the Mitt is not all TBCHS staff members do for fun. Our friendly and kind staff love living in this area. Some reasons our staff choose to live in northern Michigan are listed below.

Our area is surrounded by some of the most beautiful inland lakes for all types of sports and recreation. From fishing to paddle boarding and kayaking there is a water sport for you! The great lakes also offer lots of wonder as well residents and guests can take sailing classes and explore shipwrecks in the great Thunder Bay! We also have nature trails for biking, running, and walking.  There are many local shops to visit for unique shopping and great restaurants!

Our small communities have festivals and fairs in the summer where community members get together.  Driving in our area is simple and easy you can travel 30 miles in 30 minutes or less and take advantage of all of the great attractions Michigan has to offer.

It truly is a great place to live, work, raise a family and relax. If you have an interest we’re sure it’s here! Just reach out to our HR department, we are excited to meet you!
