TBCHS is looking to add a Medical Staff Coordinator to their team. The Medical Staff Coordinator, working with the Chief Medical Officer, ensures a safe and highly competent medical staff “To Care for the People of Our Communities”. This role collaborates with other members of the leadership team to create effective processes for improving patient care. This coordinator aids TBCHS in ensuring that information for the medical staff is rolled out to staff in a proactive and formal manner. The role is crucial to maintaining compliance with Chapter 5 of the HRSA Site Visit Protocol and keeping safe and compliant privileging records for all professional staff.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 4 years of positions with increasing responsibilities of management/leadership in healthcare preferred, preferably in the Federally Qualified Health Center environment. Experience with community engagement and public relations.
