Our team of physicians and advanced practice providers are dedicated to treating the whole person. They treat each organ, every disease, all ages and genders. Dr. Abdelhai is an Internal Medicine Physician, also known as an Internist, at our Atlanta site with special interests in Nephrology, Preventive Medicine, and Infectious Disease. Dr. Abdelhai is a graduate of Wayne State University and completed his residency at the DMC Internal Medicine Program. He is a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Physicians.
Dr. Ahmed s an Internal Medicine Physician, also known as an Internist, at our Onaway location with special interest in management to chronic disease and preventive medicine. Dr. Ahmed is a graduate of the University of Medical Sciences and Technology and is a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Physicians.
Melissa is a Physician Assistant practicing family medicine at our Hillman site. She graduated from University of New England Masters Physician Assistant program in Portland, Maine in 2010
Grace is a Physician Assistant at our Rogers City location. She attended Alpena Community College and Grand Valley State University and has a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and in Allied Health Science. She received her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. Grace is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Heather is a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Onaway location. She specializes in family medicine with a special interest in pediatrics and preventative medicine. She also services our Cheboygan Chief Health Center and Onaway Cardinal Health Center. She graduated with her MSN from Chamberlain University and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.
Dr. Conboy serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Thunder Bay Community Health Services, bringing leadership and compassionate care to patients across northern Michigan. As a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, he provides expert care at both our Rogers City and Atlanta locations.
A graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine, Dr. Conboy completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital, where he developed a strong foundation in women’s health. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), reflecting his commitment to excellence in clinical practice and ongoing professional development.
Dr. Conboy is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care and advancing the health and well-being of the communities he serves.
Dr. Hunter is an Internal Medicine and Pediatric Physician at our Fairview location. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and completed his residency at Hurley Medical Center. Dr. Hunter is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Jill is a Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine in the Rogers City site. She is a graduate of Central Michigan University.
Shelly is a Family Nurse Practitioner in our Hillman location and has a special interest in serving veterans. She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.
Amy is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in pediatrics in our Cheboygan Chief Health Center. She received her BSN from Ferris State University and her MSN-FNP from Michigan State University. Ms. Brewbaker is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Amy is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine in the Hillman location. She graduated with her MSN from the University of Michigan – Flint. Amy is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.
Jenna is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care in our Onaway location. She graduated from ACC with her RN and then received her MSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
Julie is a Family Nurse Practitioner in our Onaway Cardinal Health Center with special interest in Pediatrics and Mental Health. She received her RN from NCMC, BSN from University of Michigan, and MSN from Michigan State University and is certified as a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS). Julie is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Abby is a Physician Assistant in our Hillman location with a special interest in Nephrology. She is a graduate of the Lincoln Memorial University Physician Assistant Program. Abby is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Christian Medical and Dental Association.
Lindsey is a Family Nurse Practitioner in our Atlanta location. She is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a BSN and Georgetown University with a MSN. Lindsey is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Brittanie is a Physician Assistant in our Johannesburg-Lewiston Cardinal School Based Health Center and has special interest in pediatrics and orthopedics. She is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Physician Assistants for Women Empowerment and currently serves as a delegate for the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants.
Dr. Hautea is a Family Medicine Physician in our Rogers City location. He is a graduate of the University of Perpetual Health System and completed his residency at Kline Family Practice, Polyclinic Medical Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Dr. Hautea has a special interest in Public Health and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practitioners, American Board of Family Medicine, American Medical Association, and American College of Physician Executives.
Barbara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine working in our Onaway location. She graduated with her BSN from Arizona State University and received her MSN-FNP from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Member of Sigma Theta Tau, National Honor Society of Nursing.
Rebecca is a Family Nurse Practitioner in our Mio Thunderbolt Health Center with a special interest in serving children and families with experience in women’s health, newborn care, and pediatrics. She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Lauren is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lake Superior State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University. Lauren is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Dr. Lemanski is a Family Medicine Physician at our Hillman location with special interest in evidence-based medicine and preventative care. Dr. Lemanski is a graduate of the Central Michigan University College of Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Physicians.
Wayne is a Physician Assistant in the Atlanta site and serves as Thunder Bay’s Medical Director. He is a graduate of Adrian College and Alderson-Broaddus College. Wayne is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Katie is a Family Nurse Practitioner in our Inland Lakes Bulldogs Health Center. She is a graduate of Chamberlain University and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Anna is a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Rogers City location with a special interest in Pediatrics and Health Maintenance. She is a graduate of Lake Superior State University and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Oakland University. Anna is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International.
Amy is a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Onaway location. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Michigan-Flint and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She is also a Pathologists’ Assistant and earned her Bachelors in Pathologists’ Assistant Studies from Wayne State University. Annemarie is a member of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants and American Society for Clinical Pathology.
Alexis is a Physician Assistant in our Fairview location. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Findlay and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

OPTOMETRY
Dr. LaLonde-Viegelahn is an Optometrist in our Rogers City location with a special interest in Ocular Disease (Diabetes, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration) and acute emergencies. She is a graduate of Michigan State University, Ferris State University, and the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. LaLonde, is a member of the Michigan Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
DENTAL
Dr. Aher is a Dentist in our Onaway location. He graduated with his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) and practiced Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in India before graduating from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry . Dr. Aher is a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Carlu is a Dentist in our Atlanta location. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit School of Dentistry and a member of the Michigan State Dental Association.
Dr. McNamara is a Dentist in the Atlanta location. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Michigan Technological University and is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
Dr. Suri is a Dentist in our Onaway location. She graduated with her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery and practiced Dentistry in India before graduating from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
Dr. Wolf is a Dentist in the Atlanta location. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University and is a graduate of the University of Detroit School of Dentistry. He completed his General Practice Residency at the University of Chicago and Harvard School of Dental Medicine and is also a graduate of the Masters Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Wolf is a member of the American Dental Association, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, Michigan Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Christian Dental Society, and Christian Medical Dental Association.
PSYCHIATRY
Dr. Standen is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She will be practicing in our Rogers City site and has special interest in serving individuals with mental illness. Dr. Standen graduated with her Master’s Degree from Michigan State University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from University of Michigan.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Leah is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Onaway Cardinal Health Center with a special interest in school social work. She is graduate of Central Michigan University with a BS in Psychology and Grand Valley State University with a Master of Social Work. Leah is certified in Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP) and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).
Lauren is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Cheboygan High School with special interests in working with adolescents, child development, family counseling, and play therapy. She graduated from the University of Saint Francis with her Bachelor of Social Work and from Indiana Wesleyan University with her Master of Social Work.
Kayla is a Behavioral Health Therapist in our Posen School location. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) from Saginaw Valley State University and is a member of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network. Kayla has special interest in trauma, foster care and adoption, and play therapy.
Keisha is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Cheboygan East Elementary School with special interest in infant mental health, early childhood, trauma, grief and loss, and play therapy. She is a graduate of University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Social Work. Keisha is a member of the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health.
Shyanne is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Cheboygan Intermediate School, Chief Health Center. She graduated with a Bachelor of Sociology with a concentration in Social and Criminal Justice and Master of Social Work from Spring Arbor University. Shyanne has been a member of the Cheboygan County Children’s Advocacy Council and National Association of Social Workers. Shyanne has experience in children’s services, crisis intervention and childhood trauma.
Brenda is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Mio School site. She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a Master of Arts in Counseling.
Meagan is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Rogers City location with specialty in Clinical Social Work. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan.
Bridget is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Lewiston Elementary School with special interest in children and trauma, foster care, grief and loss, TF-CBT, and play therapy. She graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Spring Arbor University. Bridget is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the FFTA (Family Focused Treatment Association).
Alissa is a Behavioral Health Therapist in our Atlanta School location with special interest in working with children and adolescents. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Case Management from Davenport University and Master of Social Work (MSW) from Walden University.
Veronica is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Onaway site with special interest in Trauma Survivors. She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
Amber is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Hillman site and with special interest in the Impacts of Trauma throughout the Lifespan, Working with Children in the School-Based Setting, Attachment Theory and Behavioral, Social, and Emotional Health. She is a graduate of Madonna University with her Bachelor of Social Work and Michigan State University with her Master of Social Work. Amber is a member of the National Association of Certified Social Workers (NASW) and Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW).
Pam is a Behavioral Health Therapist and serves as Thunder Bay’s Behavioral Health Director. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Madonna University and Master of Social Work from Michigan State University.
Shelby is a Behavioral Health Therapist in our Cheboygan Intermediate School, Chief Health Center location. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Madonna University, Master of Social Work from Spring Arbor University, and is currently pursuing a certification as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Shelby has experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, providing cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Dana is a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Rogers City High School with specialty in Behavioral Health in Education. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University (BS) and Northern Michigan University (MA). Dana is a member of the Midwest Association of Trio and College Access and Success Professional, Michigan College Access Programs and Personnel, and a Member of the Trio Council for Opportunity in Education.

PHARMACY
Lori is a Pharmacist in our Atlanta location and serves as Thunder Bay’s Pharmacy Director. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy (RPhD) from Ferris State University and is a member of the Michigan Pharmacists Association and the Michigan Community Pharmacist Association. Lori has special interest in Immunizations and Community Pharmacy.
Troy is a Pharmacist working for TBCHS and is a graduate of Ferris State University.
Betty is a Pharmacist in our Onaway location. She is a graduate of Ferris State University and is a member of the Michigan Board of Pharmacy.
